Preparation before installation
1. When calculating floor demand according to building area, the loss is generally 5%. If installed at a certain angle, the loss is generally 10-15%;
2. Before installation, it is necessary to have 2 days to adapt the floor to the new environment, place the floor level on a flat ground, and the indoor temperature shall be controlled between 18 ℃ and 29 ° C. do not unpack. Pay attention to avoid direct sunlight and large temperature changes.
Preparation of the ground before laying
1. Suspended floor generally requires plywood, OSB board, tile or cement self leveling. If it is installed on the original floor, the original floor must be firmly nailed or glued to the ground and must be flat. Wood plywood, OSB board or board floor must be flat.
2. The roughness of the base course shall be less than 2mm within the range of 2 meters straight edge, otherwise, the suitable self leveling shall be used for leveling.
If there is no moisture-proof treatment on the original surface, a layer of waterproof polyethylene film (the film and the film overlap 20cm) shall be laid.
3. Before installation, it is necessary to clean and dust, ensure that there is no debris or gravel on the ground, and ensure the ground is dry and clean and flat. Nails and screw heads must be fully tapped in. Level any projections and gaps on the ground. The ground must be repaired for peeling, lifting, or damaged parts.
SPC floor installation method
1. first check the floor, and lean the tenon side against the wall, and a 10 mm expansion joint shall be reserved between the floor and the wall. After the floor bonding is completed, it is forbidden to put on people within 24 hours, and take out the wooden wedge after the glue is dried.
2. the first floor in the second row is installed on the long side as shown in the figure. Insert the tenon of the floor to be laid into the groove of the first floor and lift the floor slightly upward at a 20 degree angle until the joint position is pressed down to make it tightly joint.
3. as with other floors, the floor to be laid shall be wedged in the correct position in the longitudinal and long direction as above.
4. when wedging in the longitudinal direction, the distance between the front of the plate and the front plate shall be as small as possible. Then, the short side shall be knocked horizontally and upward by using the hammer plate to make them joint. The buckle with special design will be automatically buckled.
